ITALIAN SURFACE SYSTEMS · LONDON STUDIO · ISF ACADEMY · INSTALLER NETWORK · ONE BRAND-LEVEL FRAMEWORK
What brand collaborations are
A surface Framework that belongs to your brand, not just a project.
Instead of picking a different plaster or paint for every site, we help you build a
clear Framework of Italian surface systems for your brand – what each one is for,
how it behaves, and where it belongs in your hotels, stores or venues.
What ISF brings
Italian manufacture, the London Studio, the ISF Academy and the Installer Network
working together as one chain. That means surfaces that are designed, tested and
taught – not just specified on a page.
We hold the technical detail – substrates, build-ups, Levels and aftercare – so
your teams can focus on the brand story, guest experience and operations.
What your brand leaves with
A small set of agreed systems and details that become your “house” surfaces:
how lobbies feel underfoot, how bathrooms read, how bars and counters touch and
wear over time.
You gain a way to brief new sites, train your partners and protect quality as
you grow, even when projects are spread across cities and design teams.
How it runs inside the Framework
The same ISF Framework, tuned to a brand brief.
Collaborations move through the same cycle as other ISF work – plan, test, evidence,
then build – with clear roles for manufacturer, Studio, Academy and Installer
Network. The difference is that the outcome is reusable for your brand.
1. Brief & fit
We review your spaces, markets, existing materials and ambitions. The first call
is simply to check that the Framework is the right tool for what you’re trying to do.
2. Framework & finishes
Together we select a small set of systems and Levels – for example, designer
plasters, microcement, waterproof walls and metallics – and agree where each one
belongs in your hotels or stores.
3. Prototype & evidence
The Studio and Academy build panels, mock-ups and room-sets. We photograph, test
and refine them so everyone can see and sign off “good” before rollout.
4. Rollout & support
The Installer Network, Academy training and project clinics give your teams a way
to build and maintain those surfaces across locations and future projects.
Example paths
How different brands move through a collaboration.
Boutique hotel group
A small group of city hotels wants coherent surfaces across lobbies, suites and
bathrooms – without every site feeling identical or hard to maintain.
- Phase 1: one flagship lobby and suite as a full collaboration pilot.
- Phase 2: Framework set for public areas and guest rooms.
- Phase 3: Training through the Academy plus support for local contractors.
- Phase 4: Rollout playbook and ongoing project clinics with the Studio.
Retail / lifestyle brand
A design-led brand wants a recognisable interior language for stores, concessions
and campaign sets, with surfaces that can cope with high-traffic, high-touch use.
- Phase 1: concept space and campaign set to test finishes in context.
- Phase 2: Selection of systems for floors, walls, counters and key touchpoints.
- Phase 3: Installer Network support for priority markets and flagship sites.
- Phase 4: Updates and new capsules as the brand and collections evolve.

respond first, then – where it makes sense – bring manufacturer, Academy and
Installer Network into the process.
