Find an ISF installer

Tell us about your project. We’ll put the right people in the room.

Instead of a public directory, ISF runs a curated Installer Network trained through the Academy. Share your project – rooms, surfaces and timing – and we’ll connect you with installers matched to the systems you actually need, not just your postcode.

Who we match

We support homeowners, designers and contractors.

A short brief is enough. We’ll calibrate complexity and risk from there.

01 · Homeowners & private clients

“We want the right person for this one project.”

Bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces and stairwells where Italian surfaces are the feature. We match you with installers used to working in homes and explaining options clearly before anything goes on the wall.

02 · Designers & studios

“We’re specifying surfaces across a scheme.”

Interior designers and architects placing Framework systems into hospitality, residential or retail work. We can support your existing contractor, or introduce installers who already speak the same system language.

03 · Contractors & developers

“We need predictable delivery at scale.”

Main contractors and developers needing repeatable details across multiple units or sites. Levels make it clear who can own feature walls, continuous floors and full wet rooms without guesswork.

Project types

Where the Installer Network is most useful.

You don’t need the technical words. Describe the rooms and the feeling you’re aiming for – we’ll map it to systems and Levels backstage.

Bathrooms & wet rooms

Showers, wet rooms and spa spaces where continuous waterproof systems, details and cleaning all matter more than one nice photo.

Feature walls & stairwells

Silk, suede, metallics, concrete, stone or marble walls in living rooms, bedrooms, corridors or stair cores – anything that lives under real light every day.

Floors & continuous schemes

Microcement-style floors, “one material” bathrooms or larger schemes where floors, walls and ceilings need a joined-up strategy.

Process

Simple for you, detailed behind the scenes.

You send a short project outline – rooms, location, timing and any reference photos or drawings you already have.
The ISF Studio maps your brief to Italian systems and risk level, then shortlists installers whose Academy Level, region and experience fit.
We introduce you to those installers (or support your existing contractor) and stay available to help with details and decisions.

Project brief

Tell us about your project – we’ll take it from there.

A few lines is enough. The more context you share (photos, links, deadlines), the better we can match you.

Rooms, what you’re hoping to achieve, any surfaces you already have in mind, and links to photos / plans if you have them. If timing is tight, mention that too.

Questions

Find an installer – FAQ.

Is this a public list of installers?

No. Your project comes to the ISF team first. We introduce you to suitable installers in the Network – we don’t publish everyone’s details in a public directory.

Do I pay ISF separately for this service?

There is no separate fee for sending your brief through this page. Commercial terms are agreed between you, the installer and (where relevant) your contractor. ISF supports the system and specification side.

Can you work with my existing contractor or installer?

Yes. If you already have someone you trust, mention this in the form. In many cases we support your team with systems, details and (where helpful) Academy training rather than replacing them.

How quickly will someone come back to me?

It depends on current workload and how clear the brief is, but we always aim to respond once a human has looked at your project, not with an automated message.

What happens to my information?

Your details are used only for matching and for follow-up conversations about your project. They’re not added to a public directory or shared outside the ISF Framework and relevant installers.

Ready to find the right installer, not just the closest one?

Share a short outline of your rooms, surfaces and timing. The ISF team will respond with realistic options from the Installer Network – and, if helpful, a suggestion of which Italian systems fit best.
