Mix the Natural Scales into the already tinted Meteore 10, then follow the trowelled cycle. Catalogue additions: 0.040 L per 1 L of Meteore 10; 0.160 L per 4 L; 0.480 L per 12 L. The particles are part of the material. A colour-chart image without scales does not show this version.
Preparation, coverage and drying
Prepare a stable, clean support, repair as needed, then apply Primer 1200. Wait 4 hours at 20°C before the Meteore 10 cycle. Trowelled and brushed routes allow 8 hours between coats at 20°C. For Civile, apply one approximately 2 mm coat, lift with the trowel and soften with water after 20–30 minutes at 20°C. This follows the current manufacturer specification; the older catalogue English paragraph differs.
Exterior use, conditions and variation
Protect exterior work from rain for at least 72 hours after application. NH is a thickener, not an anti-mould additive. For A and B shades in the trowelled, natural-flake and Civile methods, keep it separate and add 15 ml per litre of coloured body on application day after checking viscosity. The brushed method does not include NH. Apply and store above +10°C and below +30°C. Full hardening takes about 28 days, depending on conditions. After hardening, the manufacturer describes a breathable film with resistance to knocks and normal abrasion. The catalogue warns of 15–20% colour variation from its printed examples and between batches. Trial the complete cycle on a small area; check adhesion, resistance and appearance before continuing.
