Installer Network

The ISF Installer Network

Training opens supply; supply opens the market. This is the structure that convinced Italian brands to collaborate with ISF: a national team trained, tested and supported before receiving product access. Certification protects system performance and the brand’s Italian origin.

Why join

  • Visible credibility: public “Find a Certified Applicator” profile (city · region · specialties).
  • Lead referrals: showroom, exhibitions and website, routed by postcode & level.
  • Trade terms: controlled access with pricing bands tied to certification (T1–T4).
  • Priority support: TDS queries, troubleshooting and site QA options.
  • Marketing strength: imagery, co-brand logos, case studies, gallery exposure.

How it works

1) Learn first. Complete the relevant ISF Academy level.

2) Apply. Submit your profile, insurance and portfolio.

3) List & route. Your profile goes live; leads match by postcode & level.

4) Support & grow. Trade terms, tech backup, CPDs and marketing.

Lead routing & territories

  • Leads matched by postcode + system level (L4 receives wet-area & floor projects).
  • Register significant projects for allocation priority & stock reservation.
  • Enquiries distributed fairly across active, responsive members.
Levels & trade access

L1 — Foundations (T1)

Decorative range access — Sabulador Soft, Valsetin 2, Valrenna 2, Arteco 7, Magic Light. Starter kit, decorative leads.

L2 — Metallic & Lamé (T2)

L3 — Textures & Stone (T3)

Technical backup
  • Hotline: phone/email/video for primers, timing windows, on-site issues.
  • On-site options: supervision or inspection (reduced rates for members).
  • Documentation: full TDS set, RAMS templates, UK H&S guidance.
Marketing & visibility
  • Use of ISF Certified level badges on vans, websites and quotes.
  • Project galleries, social features and designer CPDs.
  • Annual awards: Best Finish · Innovation · Emerging Talent.
Quality, warranty & code of practice
  • Projects executed to TDS under ISF supervision may qualify for extended warranty.
  • Members uphold the ISF code: approved systems, cure windows, clean safe sites.

About the ISF Installer Network (technical overview)

The ISF Installer Network is a controlled UK ecosystem linking certified applicators with Italian decorative and continuous systems. Access is tied to Academy levels (T1–T4), protecting performance and brand integrity while providing lead routing, technical support and marketing visibility across London’s design-led districts (Chelsea, Kensington, Marylebone, Clerkenwell, Mayfair, Notting Hill). Members benefit from RAMS templates, warranty pathways and progression to Master Applicator status.
