A few useful answers
Before we begin.
Can you help if I haven’t chosen a finish?
Yes. Tell us about the room and the feeling you have in mind. A photograph or an idea is a useful starting point. Colour, effect and samples can be discussed with ISF.
What if I already have someone doing the work?
You can ask for help with the finish, materials or application method. Choose advice when you enquire; an installation estimate will not be added to that request. Complete Wall Order is also available for planning materials alone.
Do you supply and install outside London?
Yes. ISF supplies materials and provides installation across the UK. Share the project postcode and any timing you have in mind so the work, access and travel can be considered together.
Is the online estimate a final quotation?
It is an initial estimate based on the finish, measurements and conditions you provide. ISF confirms the specification, site requirements and programme before issuing the reviewed quotation. Travel, parking, permits and any unpriced work are confirmed separately.
Can I enquire about several rooms or finishes?
Yes. Use Discuss your project and describe the wider scheme. The planner estimates one finish and application at a time; several finishes or specialist surfaces are considered together through an individual review.
